Detailed information of large gaps (< 10 kb). A A 1452 bp gap was inserted in the middle of the CDS, which was predicted to be acyl-ACP desaturase. B A 2026 bp gap was inserted after the gene was predicted to be tRNA-Ala. C A 6204 bp gap was inserted on the front side of the CDS, which was predicted to be an acyltransferase domain-containing protein. The red line in each picture indicates the position in which the gap is inserted, and the blue line in B indicates the inverting position.
