DuDDX1 over-expression in DEF cells modulates gene expression pattern of pattern recognition receptors, cytokines and anti-viral molecules after NDRV infection. DEF cells were transfected with pcDNA3.0-duDDX1-Flag as the experimental group, and DEF cells were transfected with empty vector as the control group. The cells were stimulated with 10 TCID50/mL NDRV after 24 hpt. At 24, 36, and 48 hpi, cells were collected and analyzed for inducible gene expression. The relative expression of gene mRNA were calculated using the 2−ΔΔCT method with GAPDH serving as a normalization gene and mean control values as baseline reference.
