DuDDX1 inhibits NDRV virus activity. A Transfected pcDNA3.0-duDDX1-Flag or empty vector in DEF cells for 24 h and then the cells were infected with 10 TCID₅₀/mL NDRV. B SiRNA interference efficiency.
