qPCR and Western blot analysis of TsPPase transcription and expression at various T. spiralis stages. The transcription levels were calculated with the Ct (2−ΔΔCt) method. *P < 0.05 compared with IIL stage worms (A). The expression level at IIL stage was the highest, the difference had statistical significance. *P < 0.05 compared with other stage worms (B). GAPDH was utilized as an internal control.
