Effects of overexpression (A) and knockdown (B) of chicken TRIM25 on the mRNA transcript levels of MDA5, MAVS and IFN-β induced by ALV-A infection in DF1 cells (*, P < 0.05; **, P < 0.01). The TRIM25-GFP plasmid, TRIM25-siRNA, GFP plasmid (Mock) and NC-siRNA (Mock) were transfected into DF1 cells, respectively; and 102 TCID50 of the ALV-SDAU09C1 strain was inoculated at 4 h post transfection, then the cell samples were collected for detection at 120 h post inoculation.
