Neutralizing antibody titers detected by IFA. The recombinant gp90 protein induced detectable neutralizing antibodies in chickens at the second week post first inoculation. The neutralizing antibody titers are presented as mean ± standard deviation. Significant differences between experimental group and negative control group were evaluated at (**p < 0.01) of immunized animals. And the magnitude of neutralizing antibody response was time dependent.
