Cytokines secreted by the spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs) from mice vaccinated with rTsSerp at various times after vaccination. The concentrations of three cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-2) were measured in the supernatant after the spleen and MLN cells were stimulated with 10 μg of rTsSerp for 72 h.
