Cytokines secreted by the spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs) from mice immunized with rTsP. The concentrations of two cytokines, IFN-γ (A, B) and IL-4 (C, D), were measured in the supernatant after the spleen and MLN cells were stimulated with 4 μg/mL rTsP for 72 h.
