The comparison of expression levels of UDP-glycosyltransferases (UGTs) mRNA in female adultH. contortusISE isolates in response to sub-lethal ABZ at 0.01 µM, 0.1 µM, 1 µM concentration for 4 and 12 h. Expression of the gene was analyzed using the housekeeping genes glyceraldehyde-3P-dehydrogenase (gpd) and the nuclear-cap binding protein subunit 2-like (ncbp) as reference genes. Data represent the mean ± S.D. (n = 3). *P < 0.05.
