Detection of viral RNA by RT-PCR in the trachea, kidney, bursa, proventriculus and oviduct. A–E The chickens were infected with 106.0 EID50 of IBV strain SD at 2-, 3-, 8-, 1-8 and 22-weeks old, respectively. Viral RNA % indicate the number of positive/total samples.
