Prevailing Th immune response in various organs ofE. cuniculiexperimentally orally infected rabbits in 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks (w) post-infection. Real-time PCR was performed in samples of spleen (SPL), mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN), Peyer’s patches (PP), small intestine and popliteal lymph node (PLN). The ratios of Th1 cytokine (IFN-γ) versus Th2 (IL-4 and IL-10) and Th-17 (IL-17) cytokines were calculated. The parameters with significant difference (P < 0.05) and (P < 0.01) when compare to control (con) uninfected rabbits are marked with * and ** respectively. Data are presented as mean ± SD from 5 animals in respective week post-infection.
