The membrane with the IEC proteins (lanes 1–6) was incubated by rTsAP (lanes 1–3) or BSA (lanes 4–6). Specific binding bands of rTsAP with IEC were identified by anti-rTsAP serum (lane 1) and infection serum (lane 2), but not by preimmune serum (lane 3). No binding of BSA with IEC were detected by anti-rTsAP serum (lane 4), infection serum (lane 5) and preimmune serum (lane 6). No binding of rTsAP with C2C12 was observed using anti-rTsAP serum (lane 7), infection serum (lane 8) and preimmune serum (lane 9).
