Plasma concentrations of testosterone and luteinizing hormone and expression of their receptors in the control and NDV infected white leghorn roosters. Plasma levels of steroids were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and expression analysis were performed by qPCR. Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation. The data were analysed by two-way ANOVA test, with challenge and time points as the main effects.
