Cocktail mixture of VLPs # 1–6

  1. PCR was used to determine the presence of RVC VP7, VP4, VP6 and VP2 in recombinant baculovirus DNA Combinations of different genotypes (G1, G3 and G6) (1–6) shown in the table were used to co-infect Sf9 cells. After harvest and semi-purification, combinations 1–6 were used to make the cocktail of RVC VLPs #7.
