Microbial differential diversity among piglet fecal samples. In the heat map, each small square represents one sample. The more intense the color in the heat map, the more similar the pair of pig fecal samples. Results indicate that at week 3, the piglet fecal samples from different litters were more dissimilar compared to those from weeks 8 to 12 (more intense red color).
