Temperatures of pregnant heifers intravenously (IV2) and subcutaneously (SC) challenged with the dose of 105 tachyzoites and the uninfected control group (B). The spaced line highlights 39.5 °C considered as fever. Each point represents the mean + SD (standard deviation) at different times for each group.
