Matrine inhibits IL-1β secretion in primary porcine alveolar macrophages through the MyD88/NF-κB pathway and NLRP3 inflammasome

At 6 h post-transfection, the transfected medium was removed in the matrine or dexamethasone treatment groups. Fresh medium with 0.4 mg/mL matrine was added to the matrine treatment group, and fresh medium with 0.04 mg/mL dexamethasone was added to the dexamethasone treatment group.
