  1. Splenocytes were stimulated with PWM (10 µg/mL). Forty-eight hours later, supernatants were harvested and ChIFN-γ production was determined by ChIFN-γ capture ELISA. Data represent the mean ± standard deviation of the OD values (n = 5).
