Role of MAPK and NF-κB in the mannan induced SBD-1 expression in OREC. A OREC were treated with mannan and harvested at 0, 5, 15, 30, 45, and 60 min. Whole-cell lysates were prepared and used for Western blotting analysis with p38 and p-p38, ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2, JNK and p-JNK, IκB and p-IκB, p65 and p-p65 antibodies. B Effect of inhibitors on the mannan-induced SBD-1 mRNA expression was determined by qPCR. OREC were cultured with mannan, with or without the SB202190 p38 inhibitor, PD98059 ERK1/2 inhibitor, SP600125 JNK inhibitor, and PDTC NF-κB inhibitor.
