Syk is expressed in ovine ruminal mucosa tissue and OREC. A Syk expression in the ovine ruminal mucosa was assessed by immunohistochemistry. Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections of mucosa from the ovine rumen were stained with Syk Rabbit mAb at 1.6 μg/mL.
