From: Newcastle disease virus V protein inhibits apoptosis in DF-1 cells by downregulating TXNL1

Figure 3

TXNL1 inhibits NDV replication in DF-1 cells. A DF-1 cells were transfected with TXNL1 and control (pCMV-HA) plasmids for 24 h and assessed by Western blot. B DF-1 cells were transfected with TXNL1 and control (pCMV-HA) plasmids for 24 h and assessed by immunofluorescence staining. C DF-1 cells were transfected with TXNL1 and control plasmids for 24 h and infected with F48E9 (0.1 moi) for 24 h. The RNA was extracted according to the previously described method. The mRNA level of NDV was detected using Q-PCR. D The viral titer of F48E9 was detected using the viral plaque assay. E The efficiencies of the three siRNA were detected by Western blot. F The efficiencies of the three siRNA were detected by immunofluorescence staining. G DF-1 cells were transfected with si290 or NC for 12 h and infected with F48E9 (0.1 moi) for 24 h. The RNA was extracted according to the previously described method. The mRNA level of NDV was detected using Q-PCR. H The viral titer of F48E9 was detected using the viral plaque assay. Three independent experiments were performed, and data are shown as the means ± standard deviations of three replicates from a representative experiment.
