Histopathology of liver and kidney from mice treated with E2-a was observed under light microscopy. The BALB/c mice were intragastrically given PBS (0.4 mL/mouse) or E2-a (100 mg/kg) every day for 6 weeks. Afterwards, all livers and kidneys were sectioned and stained with H&E after fixation in 10% formalin. The representative images were shown. The top shows livers and the lower panel shows kidneys.
