IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 levels determined in supernatants of splenocytes (A) and MLN cells (B) of mice orally vaccinated with ΔcyaSL1344/pcDNA3.1-TsSP1.2. After the cells were stimulated with rTsSP1.2 for 72 h, cytokine concentration in supernatants was determined by ELISA. The data are the mean ± SD of cytokine concentration (n = 5). Asterisk (*) indicates statistical differences (P < 0.01) compared with two control groups.
