In vitro kinetic growth of BTV1, 2, 4, 9, and 16. Growth curves of BTV1, 2, 4, 8, 9 and 16 in VERO cells. Cells were infected at a MOI of 0.05 and supernatant collected at 8, 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 h post-infection (hpi). Then supernatants were titrated on VERO cells by end-point dilution assay and expressed as the Log (TCID₅₀/mL). Each growth curve has been established independently at least in triplicate for each serotype.
