Heatmap plot and hierarchical clustering of all the genes expressed in abomasal mucosa (AM) and abomasal lymph node (ALN) samples analyzed herein. The plot includes the heatmap for samples of both tissues from 12 adult sheep subjected to an experimental infection with T. circumcincta and previously classified as resistant (“R”) and susceptible (“S”) based on a previous experimental infection with T. circumcincta.
