Gentamicin invasion assays. In lung explants, the Mmm titer significantly decreased at T27, after the treatment with gentamicin (p ≤ 0.0001). Then, the titer remained quite stable, with slight modifications at T72 (p = 0.02) and at T120 (p = 0.01). In TCM, culture tests proved to be negative from T27, after the treatment with gentamicin.
