Gentamicin was added 3 h post-infection and time 6 h post-infection corresponds to the end of the gentamicin treatment. Black columns correspond to strain JF4278 (co-culture), while grey columns correspond to strain L22/93 (co-culture). Vertically striped columns correspond to strain JF4278 alone in growth medium, while horizontally striped columns correspond to strain L22/93 alone in growth medium. The x-axis represents the number of hours post-infection (Bomac: Bomac cells free of BVDV; Bomac + BVDV: Bomac infected with BVDV), while y-axis represents the log10 CFU/well.
