Lysis pattern of S . Typhimurium harboring pJHL464 (JOL1950). Cells grown to mid-logarithmic phase were inactivated by endolysin-mediated lysis. JOL1311 not carrying pJHL464 was used as the control. CFU counts were transformed to log base 10 values. Data are presented as mean ± standard error (SE) of three samples.
