  1. Severity of Mycoplasma-like lesions: minimum 0% and maximum 100% of the lung surface affected with pneumonia.
  2. 1 = batches with only one strain detected, 2 = batches with 2–6 different strain and 3 =  batches with ≥7 strains detected, SD: standard deviation, n:  number, nPCR results: nested polymerase chain reaction: percentage of positive animals for M. hyopneumoniae-DNA detected in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.
