Survival plot and corresponding bacterial titers in zebrafish embryos. A Representative Kaplan–Meier survival plot of 48–54 h post fertilization zebrafish embryos inoculated with 103 CFU of E. coli K46, Ctr 1 or Ctr 2. Live and dead fish were counted at 6, 12, 14, 18, 24, 48 and 72 h post inoculum. The lines for Ctr 1 and Ctr 2 coincide at 100% survival throughout the experiment.
