ATMUV infection causes significant up-regulation of TLR3 and MDA5. A Quantitative real-time PCR was performed to examine the mRNA expression of TLR1, TLR2, TLR3, TLR5, TLR7, TLR15 and TLR21 in CEF cells after ATMUV infection. B mRNA levels of MDA5 in ATMUV infected CEF cells were analysed by quantitative real-time PCR. C, D The spleen tissues derived from ATMUV infected chicks were analysed for mRNA expression of MDA5 and TLR3 by quantitative real-time PCR. E, F mRNA expression of MDA5 and TLR3 in ATMUV infected 293T cells was analysed by quantitative real-time PCR. The average levels from three independent experiments are plotted.
