Detection of serum antibodies in immunized pigs by blocking ELISA. Five groups of pigs (n = 4) were immunized and challenged as described in the “Materials and methods” section. Serum samples were taken at 21 days post-immunization and 0 (7 days post-booster immunization), 3, 6, 9 and 12 days post-challenge and tested for CSFV-specific NAbs.
