Western blot screening of separated purified CyHV-3 polypeptides with carp anti-sera. Strips of membrane with CyHV-3 polypeptides were incubated independently with carp sera as follows: N 1/50 negative sera diluted 1/50; N 1/200 negative sera diluted 1/200; P 1/50 positive sera diluted 1/50; P 1/200 positive sera diluted 1/200; PBS phosphate buffered saline control (no sera).
