Bootstrap values based on 10 000 replicates are indicated on each branch. The evolutionary history was inferred using the neighbor-joining method. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated from the dataset (pairwise deletion). Accession numbers of sequences used to build the tree are presented in Additional file 11.
