Specific immune responses induced by E75CV1 (experiment 1). Two groups of four pigs were intramuscularly inoculated with 10⁴ HAU₅₀ E75CV1 or were left as non-immunized controls. The kinetics of the individual specific antibody induction was monitored by ELISA. Average and standard deviation values are shown (A). At day 28 pi sera from the 10⁴ HAU₅₀ immunized animals were additionally subjected to an infection inhibition assay in vitro (B) and ASFV-specific T-cells were measured at day 28 pi by an IFNγ-ELISPOT assay.
