Vaccination and application of in-vivo electroporation in falcons. The intramuscular injection of the vaccine and the application of in-vivo electroporation using a four-electrode array and an electric pulse generator (Clinivet, IGEA, Modena, Italy) are shown on right lower leg muscles of a falcon in group C. The feathers were plucked in a 3 cm2 area around the injection site.
