Effects of poly I:C on TLR3, type I interferons and sELR1 expression and EIAV replication. (A) Effects of poly I:C on TLR3, IFNβ and sELR1 expression. eMDM were treated with poly I:C (0.5 μg/mL) for 12 h. The expression levels of specific mRNA in the cells were analyzed using the bDNA assay. The values of Y axis were treated by Log2. (B) Effects of poly I:C on EIAVUK3 replication. eMDM were treated with either 0.5 μg/mL poly I:C or the same volume of PBS as a control for 12 h; the cells were then infected with EIAVUK3. Viral RNA copy numbers in the culture medium were measured with real-time qPCR at 72 hpi. *P < 0.05.
