Microarray and real-time PCR analysis of genes associated with nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species, interferon, cytokine and chemokine. The mRNA from the left cranial lobes of the lungs from dogs (Korean mongrel, n = 3) infected with A/Korea/S1/Canine/2012 (H3N2) and from PBS mock-infected dogs were subjected to microarray analysis. The genes induced higher in the infected dogs were quantified by real-time PCR.
