  2. b Cov %: Percent coverage; percentage of the predicted peptide identified by the mass spectrometry data.
  3. c Prob: The calculated probability of that a given protein has been identified correctly.
  4. d Pep match: Number of unique peptides on which the protein identification was based.
  5. e AA: Number of amino acids identified / total number of amino acids in the protein.
  6. f MW: Observed / theoretical molecular weight of the protein in kilodaltons.
  7. g pI: Observed / theoretical isoelectric point of the protein.
