  2. a Incubation with 0.1% protease type XIV (Sigma–Aldrich Chemie) in 0.01 M PBS, pH 7.2, for 10 min at room temperature.
  3. b Incubation with 0.1 M citric acid (pH 6), microwave for 5 min at sub-boiling temperature.
  4. c Incubation with 0.1% Tween 20 (Merck) in 0.01 M PBS, pH 7.2, for 10 min at room temperature.
