Growth of NSDV/GV isolates in cultured cells. The NSDV isolate (A-D) or the GV isolate (E-H) were used to infect different primary (1º) or permanent cell lines as described in “Materials and methods”. At the indicated times post infection the cells were frozen and the titre (TCID₅₀/mL) of virus in the cell-free supernatant determined. Each experiment was carried out 2-4 times; symbols representing individual experiments may overlap.
