(A) Cell lysates were used to determine the arginase activity by enzymatic assay. (B) IL-10 levels from supernatants weremeasured by ELISA. (C, D, & E) PCR for FIZZ (C), Ym1 (D), and Arg-1 (E) was carried out on RNA isolated from stimulated cells after 16 h. ***p < 0.001 values represent a mean of triplicate wells ± SD; experiments were repeated three times with similar results.
