The expression of IL-22 was highly facilitated in DEFs and various organs of ducklings. A Experimental DEFs contained in a 6-well plate were inoculated with ~104.0 copies of DHAV-1 particles, while those in the control group were treated with the same volume of PBS; the expression of IL-22 in both groups was then measured via qRT-PCR at 24 hpi.
