The six scenarios correspond to a simulated reduction of palmiped farm density in the 0% (A), 2% (B), 5% (C), 10% (D), 15% (E) and 20% (F) of the municipalities with the highest palmiped farm density. Note that the category thresholds in the legend correspond to the density thresholds used to define the scenarios. For instance, in scenario B, the densities of the 33 (2%) municipalities with densities between 1 and 3.8 palmiped farms/km² were all reduced to densities of 1 farm/km². Thus, all municipalities in scenario B had densities below 1 farm/km².
