Interaction between inhibitory VHHs and the different FaeG variants. (A) Typical set of sensorgrams obtained when assaying the interaction between inhibitory VHHs and FaeG (here depicted is the interaction between V1 and FaeG variant ac). Sensorgrams were obtained by injecting varying concentrations of FaeG (50 μM to 1.5 nM) over covalently immobilized VHHs. The curves were fitted using a 1:1 Langmuir binding model. Fitted curves are shown in black, while the original data is represented by the colored curves.
