Gene expression levels in hepatic lymph nodes of Th1/Th2 cytokines (IFN-ɣ and IL-4), regulatory cytokines (TGF-β and IL-10) and the transcriptional factor FoxP3 of uninfected control (UC), infected control (IC) and vaccinated groups (V1 and V2) of sheep challenged with F. hepatica. Each bar represents the mean ± SEM of the mRNA molecules/pg of total RNA quantified individually in each of the animals per group after three real-time PCR reactions per individual. Statistical significance is indicated as A P values < 0.001, B P values < 0.01 and C P values < 0.05.
